Calling all botanists ... what is this tree? Note: the fruit is very unripe. At first I thought "quince", but on cutting the fruit open (with difficulty!) I've changed my mind. Penny? Do you know? (Click to enlarge, if you need to.)
messlHi Deb, David thinks the fruit could be a green walnut. The leaves don't look exactly right but it may be a different type to the one we had in Cowra. Louise
