October 19

Mmmmm. Yummy. Chickpea and Apple Curry, Red Lentil Dal and Roasted Curried Cauliflower. You can forget every other way you've ever tried to cook cauliflower. This is AWESOME. So good, that I could have eaten the whole cauli myself. Oh wait, I did. Seriously, it's that good. Try it.

Wow! That sounds like a great dinner! I've saved the recipes for when we're done with roast beef leftovers! We'll need some vegetables after that. Thanks!

I would make this now it sounds so good, but it's almost 11pm. It's definitely on tomorrow's menu.

Hi Hashi - Thanks for your comment on my blog. Yes I did use the glasses before I gave them to Julie. They are quite dumpy looking and small, made from recycled glass. So I tended to use them for desserts rather wine. Otherwise I am sure I would have broken them! Love the look of the curry by the way and would love to try it. Shall add your blog to my regular reading.
