I received Karen Michel's new book yesterday, and today I played with one of the techniques she mentions, using gesso and water-soluble crayons over a printed image.
i have almost everybook out there as it comes out, you can come here to explore them anytime!!! it would give me the much needed kick to actually learn from them myself! i took a class with karen michel, she is wonderful! maybe i'll go play with some photos....hugs!

oooo...very cool. I had a chance to look at the book at a friend's but do not have it myself. I love your piece.
