It is raining, for the first time in 151 days. And not just a sprinkle, either. Rain. There's even been thunder, something we rarely get, and I really miss, here in Southern California. I should have been in bed hours ago, but I'm sitting up, enjoying the sound of the overflowing gutter.

Good grief, no rain in 151 days!And I complain. Although we are dry and worryingly so, maybe it will rain in October because we havent had much for the first month of spring. I agree Send her down Hughie.

Your drawings are really getting good, Deb. This excercise you are doing is really paying off--I can see it. How long have you been doing it now? (It makes me want to do it!) Also, thanks for doing so many people--something I requested a while back.
It's raining here today, the first time in a while. I wish could spend the day in my studio listening to the pitter pat of the rain drops on the skylight. Love that.
was the last real storm you were in the one in new york? that was a great storm.
