My print rep here, Steve, has a 13 year old son whose band is playing their first gig tomorrow night. Steve asked me to produce a logo for the band, so he could surprise them with t-shirts. He told me not to spend more than 30 minutes on it ... so this is what they got. What do you think? Simple, graphic, to-the-point ... and it only took me 13 minutes, half of which was spent selecting a font.

I think that's great - I love it, though not so sure about the band name. But then I am 48. I think there's a whole thesis to be written about how a band's name is indicative of the year they started out.
I think it fits the theme perfectly!
This will look great on a tea-shirt - I wonder what sort of music they play.
Me and some mates wanted to name a band 'the Dead Pensioners' after hearing an article on tv about people that are still getting pension payments from Centrelink even though they had died.
Interesting you should say that, Rhea. When Grandma died, the funeral home kept asking for her Centrelink number, remember? Apparently it's legally their duty to inform the government. I guess some funeral companies aren't so zealous.
